This is a tennis specific fitness program for adult competitive players who are willing to dedicate between 45-60 minutes per day (5 days per week) to tennis specific fitness training focused on improving performance and reducing the likelyhood of injury. This program is a great intermediate to advanced program and covers, Strength, Power, Tennis Specific Endurance, Prehab & Prevention, Mobility. Over 40 exercises provided in a systematic and structured way utilizing an undulated periodized model that is specifically designed by the Kovacs Institute for tennis athletes. The program provides 5 days of structured workouts per week for 6 weeks with a separate tennis specific conditioning bike workout that can be done multiple days per week.
